electoral officermay- officer.-(1) Thechief (a) delegate any of the chief electoral officer's powers in terms of this Act or any other law, to an employeeor officer of the Commission;or (b) instruct an employee or officer of the Commission to perform any of the chief electoral officer's dutiesin terms of this Act or any other law. (2) Section 101 (2), adjusted as may contextually be necessary, applies to a delegation or instructionof the c h e f electoral officerin terms of subsection(1).
