§ Electoral Act s. 93Obstruction of, or non-compliance with, directions of Commission, chief electoral officer and other officers

(1) No person may refuse or fail to give effect to a lawful
direction, instruction or order of the Commission, or a member, employee or officer of the
Commission, or the chief electoral officer.
(2) A person may not obstruct or hinder the Commission, or a person mentioned in
subsection (l), or a person appointed by an accredited observer, in the exercise of their powers
or the performance of their duties.
