(1) By not later than the relevant date stated in the election timetable, the chief electoral officer must determine the boundary of every voting station. ( 2 ) The presiding officer of a voting station may alter the boundary of that voting station on voting day if the presiding officer considers it necessary to do so to ensure proper control and security at the voting station, and must demarcate that boundary in the prescribed manner.
