( 1) The Commission must( a ) establish voting districts for the whole of the territory of the Republic; ( b ) determine the boundaries of each voting district in accordance with the factors mentioned in section 6 1 ; and ( e ) keep a map of each voting district. (2) The voting districts for an election are those voting districts which on the date on which the electionis called are within the area in which the election is called.
