(1) If the Commission decides to use mobile voting stations in an election, the Commission must prescribe voting procedures, substantially in accordance with sections35 to 43, for those voting stations. (2) Immediately after a mobile voting station is closed for voting, the presiding officer responsible for that voting station must act in accordance with section 43 ( 3 ) .
