§ Electoral Act s. 22Postponement of voting at voting station

(1) If it is not reasonably possible to
conduct a free and fair election at a voting station on the proclaimed voting day, the Conmission may at any time before the voting at a voting station has commenced, postpone voting at
that voting station.
(2) A postponement in terms of subsection (1) must be(a) effectedintheprescribedmanner;
(b)
to a day that would still fall within
