(1) national liaison committee- The Commissionmustafterconsultationwiththe party (a) compile an election timetable for each election substantially in accordance with Schedule 1; and (b) publish the election timetable in the Government Gazette. (2) The Commission may amend the election timetable Gazette- by notice in the Governlnenf (a) if it considers it necessary for a free and fair election; or (b) if the voting day is postponed in terms of section 2 1.
