Votes reported due to tabulation error; determination of result
When the court finds that one or more of the reported votes in a contested election are the result of
an error in tabulation by an election official and the judge can accurately assess which are the correct votes,
the judge shall correct the vote totals accordingly. Thereafter, and after considering all the evidence, the
court shall determine the result of the election.
