Pleadings alleging fraud in conduct of election; delivery to attorney general and district attorney The clerk of court shall immediately notify by telephone and/or facsimile transmission the attorney general and the district attorney for every parish where fraud is alleged to have occurred and shall deliver a certified copy of any such pleading to the attorney general and to each such district attorney.
