Proposition language; clear, unbiased, and concise The preparation of the proposition to be submitted to the voters at an election shall be the responsibility of the governing authority of the political subdivision ordering the election. The proposition shall include the information required by R.S. 18:1284 in simple, unbiased, concise, and easily understood language and be in the form of a question.
