Annual reports
The board may report to the legislature any findings, observations, or recommendations concerning
elections in this state which it determines, in the course of its investigations or otherwise, should be brought
to the attention of the legislature. Such reports may be made annually prior to the annual regular session of
the legislature, or at such other times as the board may deem appropriate.
