The person witnessing any claim for age 16 enrolment or any claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment shall, before signing the claim as witness, satisfy himself or herself, by inquiry from the claimant or otherwise, that the statements contained in the claim are true unless he or she knows that the statements contained in the claim are true. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
