A claim must: (a) specify whether the claim is an interim claim or final claim; and (b) be in an approved form; and (c) specify the person or persons to whom the election funding is to be paid; and (d) if the election funding is to be paid to more than one person—specify the percentages in which the election funding is to be paid to each person; and (e) provide all the information, and be accompanied by any documents, required by the form.
