Death (1) If the agent of a candidate or group dies, the candidate or a member of the group must, without delay, give to the Electoral Commission notice in writing of the death. Resignation (2) If the agent of a candidate or group resigns, the agent must, without delay, give to the Electoral Commission notice in writing of the resignation.
