§ CEA s. 292BResponsibility for action when agent of party or branch dead or appointment vacant

Where: (a) Division 3A, 4, 5 or 5A imposes an obligation on the agent of a political party or of a State branch of the party; and (b) there is no agent of the party or branch, as the case may be; the obligation rests upon each member of the executive committee of the party or branch, and this Act applies to each such member as if the obligation rested upon that member alone.
