(1) A person or entity may apply to the Electoral Commissioner to be registered as: (a) a significant third party; or (c) an associated entity. (2) The application must: (a) be in an approved form; and (b) without limiting paragraph (a): (i) state the financial controller nominated for the person or entity; and (ii) for an application to be registered as an associated entity—identify any registered political party, and any disclosure entity referred to in paragraph 287H(1)(g), with which the entity is associated.
