§ CEA s. 215Ballot papers to be initialled

(1) A ballot paper must not be delivered to a voter without first being initialled by the proper officer on the top of the front of the ballot paper. (2) An exact account of all initialled ballot papers must be kept. (3) To avoid doubt, this section also applies to a ballot paper that is a photocopy of an original ballot paper.
