§ CEA s. 185CCancellation of registration

(1) The Electoral Commissioner may cancel the registration of an elector as a general postal voter for a Division if the Electoral Commissioner is satisfied that the ground on which the elector applied for registration no longer exists. (2) The Electoral Commissioner must give the elector written notice of the cancellation and of the elector’s right to apply for review under Part X.
