(1) The hour of nomination shall be 12 o’clock noon on the day of nomination. Note: For when bulk nominations are required to be given to the Electoral Commissioner, see subparagraph 170(2)(a)(i). (2) The declaration time for an election is 12 noon on the day after the day on which nominations for the election close.
