(1) The Electoral Commission must: (a) give the parties to an application under section 126 written notice of the reasons for its decision in relation to the application if it decides not to register the party concerned or decides to refuse to enter a logo of the party in the Register; and (b) take such steps as the Commission considers appropriate to publicise those reasons. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the parties to the application are: (a) the applicant; and (b) any person who submits particulars in relation to the application under subsection 132(2).
