§ CEA s. 125Register of Political Parties

(1) The Electoral Commissioner must establish and maintain a Register, to be known as the Register of Political Parties, containing a list of the political parties that are registered under this Part. (1A) The Register must be made publicly available on the Electoral Commission’s website and may be made publicly available in any other way the Electoral Commissioner considers appropriate. (2) The Register may be included on the Transparency Register under section 287N.
