(1) A person or organization may, within the period allowed under paragraph 68(2)(a), lodge with the Electoral Commission a written objection against the proposed redistribution. (2) The Electoral Commission must cause to be published on the Electoral Commission’s website, and in any other way the Electoral Commission considers appropriate, the objections lodged under subsection (1) on or before the 5th Monday after publication in the Gazette of the notice referred to in paragraph 68(1)(c). (3) A person or organisation may, within the period allowed under paragraph 68(2)(b), lodge with the Electoral Commission written comments on objections lodged under subsection (1) of this section. (4) The Electoral Commission must cause to be published on the Electoral Commission’s website, and in any other way the Electoral Commission considers appropriate, the comments lodged under subsection (3) on or before the 7th Monday after publication in the Gazette of the notice referred to in paragraph 68(1)(c).
