§ CEA s. 18Electoral Commissioner

(1) There shall be an Electoral Commissioner. (2) The Electoral Commissioner shall be the chief executive officer of the Commission and shall have such other functions, and such powers, as are conferred upon him or her by or under any law of the Commonwealth. (3) The Electoral Commissioner may give written directions to officers with respect to the performance of their functions, and the exercise of their powers, under this Act.
