§ Ark. Code § 7-9-123Preservation of records

All petitions, notices, certificates, or other documentary evidence of procedural steps taken in
submitting any measure shall be filed and preserved. Petitions with signatures shall be retained
for two (2) years and thereafter destroyed. The measure and the certificates relating thereto shall
be recorded in a permanent record and duly attested by the Secretary of State.
