(a) The popular name of each state measure shall be the popular name provided by the sponsor under § 7-9-107, and the number of the measure on the ballot shall be designated as provided in § 7-9-116. (b) In all legal notices and publications affecting a measure, the measure shall be identified by both the designated number and popular name.
