When the Governor shall make a temporary appointment of a United States Senator by authority of this subchapter, he or she shall deliver to the senator a credential in the following form: Previous Next Page 7-8-104 ELECTIONS “........ who was chosen United States Senator of the State of Arkansas, in pursuance of the Constitution of the United States of America, having died (resigned, or otherwise, as the case may be): Therefore, I, ........, Governor of the State of Arkansas, have appointed ........
