(1) Von der Beratung und Beschlußfassung im Wahlprüfungsverfahren ist der Abgeordnete ausgeschlossen, dessen Wahl zur Prüfung steht. (2) Dies gilt nicht, wenn in einem Verfahren die Wahl von mindestens zehn Abgeordneten angefochten wird.
