Der Beschluß ist als Antrag des Wahlprüfungsausschusses an den Bundestag zu leiten und spätestens drei Tage vor der Beratung im Bundestag an sämtliche Abgeordnete zu verteilen. Bei der Beratung kann der Antrag durch mündliche Ausführungen des Berichterstatters ergänzt werden.
