Ausschlüsse vom Wahlrecht und Ausschlüsse von der Wählbarkeit, die nicht auf einem Richterspruch im Sinne von § 13 in der ab dem 1. Juli 2019 geltenden Fassung oder auf einem Richterspruch im Sinne von § 15 Absatz 2 Nummer 2 beruhen, sind nicht nach § 3 Absatz 2 Nummer 1 Buchstabe a des Bundesmeldegesetzes im Melderegister zu speichern.
