Der Wahlvorstand entscheidet über die Gültigkeit der abgegebenen Stimmen und über alle bei der Wahlhandlung und bei der Ermittlung des Wahlergebnisses sich ergebenden Anstände. Der Kreiswahlausschuß hat das Recht der Nachprüfung.
