(1) Wahlgebiet ist das Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. (2) Die Einteilung des Wahlgebietes in Wahlkreise ergibt sich aus der Anlage 2 zu diesem Gesetz. (3) Jeder Wahlkreis wird für die Stimmabgabe in Wahlbezirke eingeteilt.
