Sec. 286a.
Eight members of the state board of education shall be elected at the general election in
1964. Two members shall be elected for 2-year terms, 2 for 4-year terms, 2 for 6-year terms,
and 2 for 8-year terms. Two members of the state board of education shall be elected for 8-
year terms at the general election in 1966 and in every general election thereafter.
