Conditions for amendments. This Act may be amended as prescribed in the Constitution. The provisions of Article 6 regarding constituency boundaries and the provisions of Articles 109–110 on the allocation of parliamentary seats may only be amended with the approval of / 3 of votes cast in the Althingi, cf. paragraph 6 of Article 31 of the Constitution.
