Repeat poll. If a poll is ruled to be invalid, a new poll shall be called and the polling day shall be decided as soon as possible, no later than within one month. If a referendum under paragraph 2 of Article 2 has been deemed invalid, the Althingi shall decide whether to repeat it. In other respects, the new referendum shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
