§ Art. 115Re-allocation following repeat election

Re-allocation following repeat election.
If, after an ordinary parliamentary election, the Althingi has ruled that the election of a
particular list is invalid and a repeat election has been held, cf. Article 132, the National
Electoral Commission shall then reallocate the constituency seats where the repeat election
was held in accordance with Article 109 and allocate adjustment seats again in accordance
with Article 110. The previous allocations shall be thereby annulled.
