Adjustment MPs and deputy MPs. Candidates who are allocated adjustment seats shall be regarded as MPs of the constituency in which they stood for election, in the order in which the seats are allocated under Article 110. When a candidate list in a constituency has had one or more MPs elected in accordance with Article 109 or Article 110, those on the list not elected shall become deputy MPs in the order in which they appear on the list.
