Spoilt ballot paper.
If a voter allows someone else to see what is on the voter’s ballot paper or makes a mistake
in marking it, the ballot paper shall be invalid and must not be placed in the ballot box. In
such cases, the voter shall be entitled to receive a new ballot paper and must, in such event,
return the previous ballot paper to the electoral commission.
