§ Art. 87Voters’ handling of ballot papers

Voters’ handling of ballot papers.
Regardless of whom they vote for, voters shall take care not to make any marks on the
ballot paper other than as prescribed in this Act.
When the voter has marked the ballot paper in accordance with the foregoing, the voter
shall fold it together in the way that it was when the voter received it and walk out of the
polling booth. [The voter shall then place the ballot paper in the ballot box in the presence of
the representatives of the electoral commission. Voters shall ensure that no one can see how
they have voted.]1)
