Opening and closing of early-voting polls. Early voting shall commence as soon as possible after the candidate lists have been made public, cf. Article 47, but no earlier than 29 days before polling day. Early voting shall be open until at least 5 p.m. on polling day, but outside Iceland it shall end on the day before polling day. The vote shall be considered to have been cast on the day on which the covering letter is dated.
