Presiding officers shall keep the voting materials in a secure location. After receiving the proposals of the National Electoral Commission, the Minister shall issue a regulation further providing for the production of voting materials to be used in early voting, including the design and format of ballot papers, stamps, ballot boxes and other voting materials, in addition to their storage.
