Any political organisation standing for election shall be entitled to have two agents present during all functions performed by the National Electoral Commission to allocate parliamentary seats under Chapter XVI. Any political organisation standing for election shall be entitled to have two agents present at the performance of all functions by the senior electoral commission of a municipality when confirming the results of a municipal election under Chapter XVII.
