§ Art. 55Rights of agents during polling sessions and early voting

Rights of agents during polling sessions and early voting.
List agents are entitled to be present at polling locations during polling sessions and to sit at
a table in the polling room and receive a copy of the instructions on voting procedure. List
agents are also entitled to be present at early voting, except if the voting takes place in a
private home. Agents shall have access to electoral registers in the polling room and to the
logs of presiding officers that they keep for early voting, cf. paragraph 5 of Article 77. Agents
are not permitted to carry into or out of the polling room any documents relating to the
election and are not permitted to record, film or otherwise transmit information about what
takes place in the polling room. The same applies to early voting.
