§ Art. 13Employees and location of the National Electoral Commission

Employees and location of the National Electoral Commission.
The National Electoral Commission appoints the Director of the Commission for a fiveyear term at a time and presents the Director with a statement of his or her duties. The
Director of the Commission is responsible for and manages the day-to-day activities, finances
and operations of the Commission and engages other staff. The Director prepares and attends
meetings of the Commission and has the right to speak and submit motions at the meetings.
The Director and other staff administer, by delegation from the Commission, the day-today functions and management of the activities entrusted to the Commission under this Act.
The National Electoral Commission decides the location of its office.
