§ 5. Inatsisartut består af 31 medlemmer. Stk. 2. Grønland udgør 1 valgkreds. Stk. 3. Valgkredsen er opdelt i kommuner og afstemningssteder, jf. § 2 i Inatsisartutlov om Grønlands inddeling i landsdele og kommuner. Stk. 4. Områder uden for den kommunale inddeling henføres som afstemningssteder i Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq.
