State ethics commission; jurisdiction.
A. The state ethics commission shall have jurisdiction to investigate and adjudicate a complaint alleging a civil violation of a provision of the Campaign Reporting Act in accordance with
the provisions of that act.
B. The secretary of state shall forward complaints it receives alleging violations of the Campaign Reporting Act to the state ethics commission in accordance with the provisions of the Campaign Reporting Act and a formalized agreement.
