Penalty. It is unlawful for any alternate or delegate to fail to vote at the national party convention in accordance with the delegate pledge he signed as required by the Presidential Primary Act. Any alternate or delegate violating any of the provisions of the Presidential Primary Act is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
