Presidential electors; notification of state chairmen. On or before June 1 of each year in which the president and vice president of the United States are to be elected, the secretary of state shall send written notice to the state chairman of each qualified political party in New Mexico setting forth the method and requirements for nominating and electing presidential electors in this state at the general election.
