Conduct of election; precinct board duties. The secretary of state shall prescribe the duties of the precinct board, including duties that, during the conduct of the election, the presiding judge may reassign between judges and election clerks. Copies of such duties shall be furnished to each county clerk, and the clerk shall distribute them to each precinct.
