Primary Election Law; proclamation; duties of county clerk. Upon receipt of the authenticated copy of the proclamation, the county clerk shall immediately specify the offices for which each major political party may nominate candidates and have the itemized proclamation published once each week for two consecutive weeks. If there is no newspaper of general circulation in the county, the proclamation shall be printed and posted in six public places in the county. Such publication and posting shall be in Spanish and in English.
