§ NMSA 1978, § 1-8-6Vacancy on primary ballot

Vacancy on primary ballot.
Regardless of the cause, no vacancy on the primary election ballot occurring after the period
for filing a declaration of candidacy or the date of filing with the secretary of state a certificate
of designation by state convention, whichever the case may be, shall be filled.
